The 6 Week Crash Course Acting Program:
In this program you?ll learn improvisation, movement, scene study, and audition techniques. The class will consist of twelve four-hour classes held on Mon. and Wed. nights from 7pm to 11pm for the duration of the 6 weeks. This course is almost exclusively taught by 20 year acting veteran, Actor's Studio Member, and working actor Frank Reeves.
By the end of the course you will have an understanding of how to break down a script to find the beats in a scene and know how to stay in character and play it truthfully. You will also know how to create different characters for different situations and think fast on your feet. This course not only teaches you how to think like an actor, it also takes you one step further by giving you the secrets to auditioning and the inside scoop to the business of acting.
As a bonus, The Hollywood Film & Acting Academy will professionally write, shoot, and edit a scene for the class that can be added to your demo reel.
